A Corporation of OEM for Behrens

Behrens, an American Made Tradition since 1900s, found us by chance. After talking about the ideal of using our metal ware by every family, we happened to have the same view, and then collaborated. We tried to make what Behrens wants to market.

We confirm what Behrens wants, and sent them the mug production samples of three colors by UPS, and they gave us the comments.

Comments:

What I did find on some of the mugs was that the top black rim, in some cases, was missing black paint and the white base paint was showing. It may be due to handling, but Behrens needs Factory G to be aware of this and reduce any chance of us receiving products with this defect.

Otherwise, Behrens approves the sticker on the blue.

After seeing the problems, our research and development department staff had a meeting to fix them. It might be the problems of paint shedding, and we tried a new way to japanning and made sure there was no wet paint, which avoided it happening again.

• Our employees took pictures of the new production mug samples before sending them to Behrens.

• Afterward, we placed the order, and we all made it. The mug passed the ISO 9001 and was approved by FDA, finally met everyone in the market.
